Since its founding, IFundWomen has empowered 20,000 startups to raise $400M in early-stage capital and create 85,000 new jobs, helping fuel the small business economy.

Karen is a true pioneer in tech and media. For over a decade, she was an early Google Intrapreneur, leading sales teams in search, display, and video. In 2006, Karen started the Branded Entertainment business on YouTube, forging meaningful connections between global brands and content creators. This groundbreaking endeavor marked the genesis of the first native video ad experiences on the web, revolutionizing the monetization potential for YouTube creators.

Karen’s trailblazing journey continued at Aol, where she started Aol’s female creative economy in video by funding and monetizing dozens of women-produced, premium-quality video series, resulting in Aol nabbing its first-ever Emmy nod.
