Supriya Jha is the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at SAP. Supriya has been an architect of impactful and successful Diversity & Inclusion programs for over 16 years at various organizations. In her current role at SAP, Supriya is key in ensuring all stages of the employee journey are inclusive of all employees with focused efforts to attract, retain and motivate a diverse talent pool. She is also responsible for enabling leaders to take accountability for building and maintaining an inclusive organization and culture.

Prior to joining SAP, Supriya served as the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) for Nasdaq. As the first leader of this practice, she helped shape the strategic direction for DIB globally, with special emphasis on Nasdaq’s diverse and inclusive workplace and the firm’s stand on Diversity and Inclusion in the public arena.

Under Supriya’s leadership Nasdaq has been recognized by various organizations and media around the world and received many notable awards, including the Best Places to Work for Multicultural women and Best Places to Work for Dads by Seramount (Working Mother Media), Best Companies for Women to Advance by Parity.org, being named to Bloomberg’s Gender Equality Index in 2020 and for several years in a row receiving a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index which evaluates companies on LGBTQ inclusion.
Her other work experience includes roles at Mercer, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse.

Supriya has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, USA, and a Post Graduate degree in Communications from Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad India. She has been awarded the 2018 Consortium of Urban Professionals Catalyst award, a New Jersey State Proclamation, and other accolades for her contributions to the community.
