Nia Castelly

Nia J.C. Castelly is the Co-Founder and Head of Legal for Checks, a compliance platform from Google that leverages Google’s latest AI technology to help simplify privacy compliance for mobile app providers. Prior to co-founding Checks, Nia was Senior Product Counsel for the Google Play store where she focused on mobile app distribution issues, platform policy and enforcement, product privacy and data protection policy. A life-long entrepreneur, Nia founded a number of businesses prior to joining Google, and is an avid supporter of early stage start-ups through her participation in the Black Angel Group and How Women Invest LP.
