Toby Redshaw is a bilingual, multicultural, and transformational global technology innovator, business executive, board member, and board advisor. His experience spans Silicon Valley; incubators; ventures, 40 next-gen startups as an employee, board member, advisor or chair/exec chair;Fortune 20 enterprises; the first 5G labs/incubators on earth; public and private entities; and military/government. Toby builds, scales, transforms, modernizes, expands the competitive edge, and future-proofs organizations. Has led digital transformations at scale at four global high-growth, high-service enterprises, he also repeatedly architected tech-intensive business turnarounds and brand-building at scale. Extensive supply chain transformation and leadership experience at FedEx and Motorola. The CEO of Verus Advisory, Toby held top executive roles at Verizon, Kevington Advisors, American Express, Aviva, Motorola, Zoho, and FedEx. In each simultaneously had business, tech and innovation portfolios. He was recognized as Top CTO 25 – Most Influential IT Leaders, InfoWorld, and Top 50 Global CIOs, Information Week. For 30+ years, Toby has been a valued strategic advisor to C-Suite executives and boards and a member of several private, and public boards. He currently advises/coaches 10 leading edge startups and has future tech guest lecture roles at the Naval Post Graduate School and the USA’s top two business schools (Kellogg/Booth).
