Tom Reichert

Tom Reichert was appointed CEO of ERM Group in February 2022. In his role, Tom leads a team of 6,500+ professionals in over 40 countries worldwide.

As the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, ERM partners with the world’s leading organizations, creating innovative solutions to sustainability challenges and unlocking commercial opportunities that meet the needs of today while preserving opportunity for future generations.

Prior to joining ERM, Tom was the Chair of Global Practices at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was also Global Leader of DigitalBCG. He has a long-standing passion for sustainability, having created BCG’s Practice Area focused on Sustainability, Diversity, Global Health and Education.
